How long will it take Majestic Custom Pools to build my custom pool? Majestic Custom Pools generally can and will complete you custom pool in 30-45 days, barring inclement weather or other circumstances out of our hands.
Will a pool fit in my back yard? Majestic Custom Pools uses the latest pool design software to be sure you are completely satisfied with the design. The design will allow you to view your new pool in advance, from any location in and around your house. Depending on the site conditions and permitting requirements, a survey may be needed to ensure compliance with local buidling codes.
What type of Majestic Custom Pool is best for my needs? There are many things to consider when planning your custom Majestic Custom Pool such as how you intend to use it, the features you would like to include, space, budget and most importantly, safety.
How do I set up financing? Majestic Custom Pools may recommend several lending partners who may assist you and provide up to 100% of your financing.
Are you insured? Yes, Majestic Custom Pools carries general liability insurance and requires all of our subcontractors to carry general liability insurance also. Majestic Custom Pools and many other pool builders who carry general liability insurance pay dearly for your piece of mind. Whether you choose Majestic Custom Pools to build your custom pool or another builder, be sure to verify that the builder does carry general liability insurance as well as their subcontractors.
Who is building my pool? One of the two owners will oversee all construction aspects and probably get his hands dirty himself. That is who we are!
Will my pool be built to any codes and standards? Yes, Majestic Custom Pools builds all of our pools to meet and exceed all building standards per local code as set forth by The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) as required to become and maintain our membership with the organization. The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) is the international trade association representing companies and individuals in the swimming pool, hot tub, and recreational water industries. APSP members adhere to a code of ethics in business and technical practices and share a strong commitment to the safe, healthful, and enjoyable use of industry products.
Does Majestic Custom Pools service my area? We primarily service the southwest Florida area including Sarasota County and Northwest Charlotte County. We may go beyond these areas so give us a call.
Where should we store the chemicals? In a dry, safe and secure environment where the children can not get to them. Do not mix chemicals or leave containers open.
Who do I contact regarding warranty issues? Majestic Custom Pools will handle all of your warranty issues. You will be provided a complete package at start up with all warranty information as most pool builders do provide. However Majestic Custom Pools is a service-oriented company and we will not leave this burden with you as others may.
Will my pool be maintenance free? No pool is maintenance free, regardless of how good the equipment is. Your pool will require regular cleaning, chemicals and maintenance. If regular maintenance is not performed, additional problems may arise including heavy cleaning and possible equipment failure. Majestic Custom Pools will not cut corners on equipment, thus providing you with a custom pool that is lower in maintenance.
What is the life expectancy of my new Majestic Custom Pool and its equipment? We provide you with a lifetime structural warranty on your pool shell. All the equipment is backed by the manufactures warranty and Majestic Custom Pools backs our craftsmanship with a warranty as good or better than most reputable custom pool builders in Southwest Florida.
Majestic Custom Pools provides a high quality custom pool and strives to perform the work right the first time. That is not to say mistakes are not made, they happen and to tell you differently would be a lie. We are honest and up front, we back our product and will do whatever it takes to be sure that you are another 100% satisfied customer. We will correct any problems in the most expedient manner, however our goal is not to have to come back, unless you invite us to one of your parties.
